both oil on canvas. He's in a black suit, she's in a lace-trimmed black dress. Mid-19th century, in their original, oval, gilt and gesso frames; 23.25" x 19" (w/o frames), 30.25" x 25.5" (w/frames).

Dr. Thomas Moore and Ann Deliah Harris Moore moved to Aberdeen and he started a medical practice. See LOT 57 for portraits of their daughter, Ruth, and Ann's sister, Mary Rebecca Harris.

Both with moderate crackling and in need of a cleaning; G+.
